The Hatham Story
In 2012, what would later become Hatham started as a facility management division within etisal International Company, supporting the day‑to‑day operation of critical sites and environments. From those early years, the focus was clear: ensure that spaces perform reliably so that people and services can perform at their best.
As demand grew, the division’s remit expanded. It became responsible for the facility management of multiple companies, including etisal International and its sister companies under Riadaa Company for Operations and Marketing Services. Managing a broader portfolio of sites sharpened Hatham’s capabilities in operations, vendor coordination, and service quality across different asset types and business models.
In 2020, Hatham took a natural next step and began investing directly in real‑estate properties. That move deepened the company’s perspective: from managing spaces for others, to owning and shaping assets with a long‑term view.
Building on years of experience in technology, IoT, facility management, and real‑estate management, Hatham then made a deliberate decision: to channel this combined expertise into advanced solutions for smart buildings. Today, Hatham stands at the intersection of systems and spaces—designing, operating, and investing in buildings that are safer, more efficient, and ready for what comes next.
